At HR Haus, we’re committed to providing high-quality HR resources and services to support your business. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (e.g. Templates, Toolkits & Downloadables)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect purchase

  • Misunderstanding of product content or usage

If you have trouble accessing or using your digital product, please contact us at [your email] and we’ll assist promptly.

2. Consulting Services (e.g. HR Advice, Recruitment Support, Projects)

Consulting service fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or commenced. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service you’ve received, please reach out to us within 7 days and we will review your concerns in good faith.

We may offer:

  • A partial refund (in cases of unused time-based services)

  • A rescheduled session

  • Additional support to ensure you receive value

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after booking

  • Missed appointments without 24 hours’ notice

  • Delayed responses or failure to engage with the service

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a booked consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeit the session.

4. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is major.
